Jeans optimization: Diesel in 3D
In honor of the 30-anniversary jeans brand Diesel has decided to start the updated version of the official site and to open online-shop. Creative studio Yoox has helped in optimization and development of new portal’s design.
With the help of modern technologies designers have created special section named Diesel Style Lounge. Appearance 3D models allow visitors to see last looks from new Diesel collection in three-dimensional variant from different directions. Owing to several foreshortenings and a function of increment buyers can look at each thing in the smallest details.
«Development of the new site version has taken a lot of time. We needed about one year for optimization and design development. The main emphasis has been made on the interface and ease of work», – said the founder of the brand Renzo Rosso.
One of the main advantages of a site became an opportunity of personification of some Diesel products. For example, anyone now can invent his or her own design of a bottle for new perfume Diesel’s Fuel For Life, and then make an order.
