New collection “the Legend of a fjord”, as well as many other Cyril Gassiline’s works, is evoked by a historic suit. Soft cashmere draped coats and elegant suits, a little ancient muslin blouses “of a Norwegian trout color” with bulk sleeves, dresses, embroidered by hand with golden paillettes and spangles. Dresses up to a knee from black tussore and muslin, tunics from the lama of “old gold color”, narrow trousers and mysterious fluffy forms direct back to the fine, last epochs.
Multilayered dresses, muslins and organza….. Fluffy sleeves, 18th century’s farthingale, woolen coats with a draped back and jackets. Surprising on their form dresses – pineapple and sometimes Gothic silhouettes!
Special attention takes fluffy dresses from black tussore, one of which reminds eighteenth century rocaille dresses with farthingale. And all the collection is as if Andersen’s fairy tale or the Icelandic saga. Really – the Fairy tale!
