Dress code – the code of secular evening
Long evening dress for women and a dinner jacket for men are two main components of dress code. In our everyday life we face dress code at going to a club or grandiose restaurant. You see these stylish word in the invitation but organizers frequently don’t know that there are several of a kind.
So, the basic dress codes are:
1.Black Tie
Formal reception. Men in tuxedos. Women can be in cocktail dresses, but have the right to put on something long and smart.
2. Formal
See previous point, only a shirt can be black, and a tie can be absent.
3. White Tie or Ultra-formal
Women in long evening dresses. Men – light tie, a waistcoat and a shirt.
4. Black Tie Optional
It’s not that you have thought. Simply it is possible to replace a tuxedo with a dark suit. The tie, however, is useful.

5. Creative Black Tie
The tuxedo is supplemented with any uncommon shirt. Actually, a tie can be left at home. Women, according to experts` advice, may put on long silk skirt with cashmere slip-over.
6. Semi-formal
It is possible to please men with short and very short dresses. For men – all the same suit.
7. Cocktail
Elegant dress of average length – for her and a suit – for him. Colors may differ.
8. Casual
Dress Code Casual does not mean that you can appear in last year’s jeans. Put on the new jeans, the new sweater, new expensive jogging shoes from last collection and let it be so.
