How to select a dress which can cover all lacks of a figure (Part 3)

January 10th, 2008

Plump waist
“To tighten” visually a waist will help high or low waistline. For example, a dress from Donna Morgan is created using high waistline, drawing attention to a cut by combination of two different fabrics.

“Heavy” bust
The choice of suitable neck of a dress will “balance” the top part of a body which looks too “heavy”. The best choice is deep or V-shaped neck. But don’t use the “sticky” fabrics or too rigid fabrics. Also avoid excessive decoration of top and a neck of a dress.

Small bosom
Actually, the most clothes better suits women with a small bosom. However if you want to give your bosom a visual volume, choose a dress decorated with frills or laces.

Excessive leanness
Bright colors and original patterns will compensate absence of forms and give some charm. Additional details - wide sleeves and, for example, a lace on a waist, will visually add some volume. Avoid “sticky” fabrics - they will accentuate thin hips.
